Welcome to Mika's Wiki!

Nowadays, everything around us has evolved into globalization so that we are obliged to implement anything through technology such as skype conference and the like. Language learning and teaching are not the exception of this trend. In other words, it became possible that we all can offer and recieve any kind of education wherever we are in the world. This site is for me to learn how to incorporate a wiki into language teaching and learning in this CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning) course at Saint Michael's College, VT. In this wiki, I will show some collaborative and interactive tools which can be used for any kind of CALL projects for four language skills: listening, reading, speaking and writing. My future students will have chances to work with the tools both individually and in pairs and groups. This interaction with each other will engage them with their own learning. Also, teachers would reward using the CALL tools in this website. I am hoping that this web space would be a fruitful and effective tools for both teachers and students.
